Simple to join:
1. Don't put anything before/in/after your name...
2. Don't apply for anything...
3. Don't tell anybody you're a member...

Ergo, by doing absolutely nothing, you are ALREADY a member...
Now just don't tell anybody or they'll want to not join too...
