I've been an admin on Impulse99 for a while now, and from what I've seen our admin team is hardly abusive. We have a strong admin team there, who actually know how to run ****. It's rare that nemesis would pick an incompetent player to be an admin there.

Also a quote from i99's guidelines regarding spam. If anything falls under these categories, you really shouldn't complain about how we do things.

3. Spammers: There are various forms of spam.  Clarified below (with examples) is what is muteable vs. kickable:

SPAM
Player: asjldkfjlkasdf
Player: oopsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

NOT SPAM - BORDERLINE
Player: Whats up yaaaaaaaaaaaall
Player: Where can I get a bike?
Player: yooooooooooo

The above constitutes muteable spam as it either makes use of the same character excessively or is just a stream of random/garbled text which serves no purpose.  A /warn is also acceptable to use on someone who spams.  What constitutes kickable spam?  None.  You can only kick a spammer if they have been muted 3 consecutive times.  Any follow-up spamming from the player will warrant a kick of the player.  After 2 kicks, the punishment for a 3rd is a ban.

NOTE: Please take into account the intent of the spammer.  What were they trying to do?  Annoy an admin?  Say hi to a friend?  Mistakenly type something long?  I'd rather admins did not mute players who fall in to this category.
